FSTVL•B CASHLESS
- You can now top up your FSTVL•B CASHLESS balance for Festival•B 2026.
- If you top up before the festival, your money will be automatically available when you check in and collect your wristband.
- Before topping up online, make sure the only Festival•B 2026 tickets in your DICE account are the ones you’ll be using yourself. If you have a ticket for someone else, you’ll need to transfer it to them first. And if someone else has a ticket for you, ask them to send it to you.
- Go to the FSTVL•B CASHLESS platform and:
- Enter the email address linked to your DICE account or your ticket’s alphanumeric code.
- Select the amount you want to top up.
- Complete the transaction with your debit or credit card. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
- After the festival, you’ll be able to request a full refund* of any unused money**, free of charge.
*Refunds will only be issued if requested within the stated period.
**Refunds cannot be claimed for promotional drinks packs.
FSTVL•B CASHLESS
- FSTVL•B CASHLESS is the only payment method at Festival•B 2026.
- It’s 100% free — no handling fees on top-ups, payments or refunds.
- It works through a plastic chip built into your festival wristband, which you’ll receive on entry to Festival•B 2026.
- DON’T THROW AWAY YOUR WRISTBAND AFTER THE FESTIVAL — you’ll need it to request a refund of any money left over.
How to top up during the festival
- On your smartphone, by scanning the QR code on your wristband (RECOMMENDED OPTION)
- At the FSTVL•B CASHLESS point (cash only, and always in multiples of €5)
- At the self-service totems (card only).
- Pay for everything at the festival simply by scanning your wristband.
- You can check your balance at any time by scanning the QR code on your wristband or at the self-service totems.
Everything you need to know
- Keep your wristband in good condition. FSTVL•B is not responsible for its loss. It holds both your money and your ticket(s), and you won’t be able to enter the festival without it.
- DON’T THROW AWAY YOUR WRISTBAND AFTER THE FESTIVAL — you’ll need it to claim a refund of any money left over. Without the alphanumeric code on the back of your wristband, we won’t be able to process your refund*.
*Refunds will only be issued if requested within the stated period. - Your wristband is personal and non-transferable. FSTVL•B reserves the right of admission if the wristband appears to have been cut, altered or tampered with.
- You can’t transfer money from one wristband to another, or combine the balance of more than one wristband to make purchases.
- FSTVL•B CASHLESS is the only payment method at Festival•B 2026.
Using the FSTVL•B CASHLESS system implies acceptance of the FSTVL•B general terms of sale and admission.
How to request a refund after the festival
- Once the refund period opens, you’ll be able to request a full refund of any unused money, online and completely free, by scanning the QR code on your wristband or by going to this link* and entering your wristband’s alphanumeric code.
- To request a refund, you’ll need your wristband and a contact email address.
- We don’t charge handling fees on refunds. Your own bank may charge you a commission in some cases.
- The refund period will be open from 12:00 on Tuesday 22 September until 23:59 on Friday 2 October. We won’t process any refund request received outside this period. Refund requests will only be accepted online, through the form you’ll find at the link above.
- Your refund will be processed within 15 days from the closing date of the refund request process, provided you’ve entered the required details correctly.
*the link will be available after the festival, on Tuesday 22 September at 12:00.
