FSTVL•B CASHLESS – REQUEST A REFUND

  • Starting Tuesday, October 7 at 12:00, you can request a full refund of any unused FSTVL•B CASHLESS balance free of charge.
  • You have until Friday, October 17 at 23:59 to apply. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.
  • To request a refund, simply scan the QR code on your wristband or click this link and enter the alphanumeric code on the back of your wristband.
  • Refunds will be effective 15 days after receipt of the request, provided that the data has been entered correctly.
  • If you have any issues with the Cashless system, you can resolve them by contacting Idasfest through this form.

The use of the FSTVL-B CASHLESS wristband implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form an integral part of General Conditions of Sale of Festival•B tickets.

How to charge credit during the festival

  • Through your smartphone, by scanning the QR code on your wristband. (OPCIÓN RECOMENDADA)
  • At the FSTVL•B CASHLESS point (in cash only and always in multiples of 5€)
  • At the self-service totems (only with card).
  • Pay for all your purchases at the festival just by scanning your wristband.
  • You can check your balance at any time by scanning the QR code on your wristband or at the self-service totems.

 

Everything you need to know

  • Keep your bracelet in good condition. FSTVL-B is not responsible for its loss. It contains both your money and your ticket(s) and you will not be able to access the festival without it.
    DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR WISTBAND AFTER THE FESTIVAL, you will need it to claim your refund. Without the alphanumeric code on the back of your wristband, we will not be able to process your refund*.
    *Reimbursement will only be made if requested within the stipulated period.
  • Your wristband is personal and non-transferable. FSTVL-B reserves the right to refuse admission if the wristband appears to have been cut, altered or tampered with.
  • You cannot transfer money from one wristband to another, nor combine the balance of more than one wristband to make purchases.
  • FSTVL•B CASHLESS is the only method of payment at Festival•B 2025.
The use of the FSTVL-B CASHLESS system entails acceptance of the FSTVL•B’s general terms and conditions of sale and access.

 

How to apply for reimbursement after the festival

  • Once the return period is open, you can request a full refund of the money you have not used, online and free of charge, by scanning the QR code on your wristband or by accessing this link* and entering the alphanumeric code of your wristband.
  • To request a refund, you will need your wristband and a contact email.
  • We do not charge handling fees for refunds. Your own bank may charge fees in some cases. 
  • The refund period will be open from 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 7th until Friday, October 17th at 11:59 p.m. We will not process any refund requests received outside this period. Refund requests will only be accepted online and through the form you will find in the link above.
  • Your refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt of your request, provided that you have entered the required information correctly.
